I started teaching chess in both group and private settings since 2009, when I was still in high school! Now with 15+ years of chess education experience, I can confidently say that I provide a high quality and personalized coaching experience :)

I am proud to have been the coach of many top 100 scholastic players by age group, state and regional champions, and World Youth representatives.

As a coach, I believe its very important to not only learn new concepts and develop your strengths, but also to focus on removing weaknesses in your play. Each student I have has a personalized lesson plan to focus on those goals, and I make a great effort to explain advanced strategic concepts in a simple, digestible way
